Bob’s Story

Bob spent most of his business career, spanning more than 30 years, in the ocean transportation industry. He has represented the interests of Norwegian shipowners and managed regional offices for the Ports of Charleston, S.C. and New Orleans, La. His business career has also included annuity sales and financial planning.

Throughout this time Bob has always had a strong desire to serve his community. To that end he has held positions on a private school board, and is now an elder/Care Pastor in his local church. For more than 10 years Bob and his wife have taken groups of teens on service trips both here in the US and overseas. These trips have brought them from New York City after 911 to Belfast, Northern Ireland; from post Katrina Mississippi to earthquake ravaged Haiti. He is also a licensed Pastoral Counselor. In his capacity as a Pastoral Counselor, Bob has mentored and counseled numerous men and families helping them better navigate life’s challenges.

At the end of 2008 Bob took an early retirement from his position in the ocean transportation industry in order to pursue his studies as a Professional Life Coach. He also received his masters degree in theology. With over 10 years of counseling experience, Bob now believes that as a Professional Life Coach he can help people in all walks of life realize their dreams.

Bob and his wife reside in suburban Long Island. He enjoys his daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons who live close by.
